Escape

Escape is the perfect view of the evolution of Fanfara Electronica. The track Fanfara Goes Wild was in the live of the tour in 2015 but Lemon Tree and Escape were produced this winter (2017), we beleive that is the evolution of what we want to do with our music now, with production much more mystics, based on feelings that we can share with the public more than a kick to make people dance. In this way, we will play our next live sit on the stage, to be more focus, more calm to make our music and to share it.
We are very happy and proud to have Rakoon as remixer of Escape, it's always good to work with people who have the same spirit.

We are proud too to be on KONN RECORDINGS, because of the spirit we share and because of the very special link we have with south america and Chile. Happy to work for and with this label that we know from our big world music family since years now.

Fanfara Electronica
From electronic to traditional music how to adapt one’s machine to the instrument, the sample to the tone, one’s stage to tradition ? Having thought about these questions the two Fanfara mates have tried, in their own way, to mix those two styles they both love, gathering the inspirations they need while travelling, while meeting people. The Fanfara Electronica musical field wanders freely from the electronic universe to the music of the world getting its inspiration more particularly from Indian rythms and oriental sounds. The very foudings of this digital band do blow fetters and prejudice away.

The two friends are currently working on a partly electronical partly instrumental live based on Indian and oriental music as well as some gypsy music from the East and the Far East.
A live along with a subtle mixture of musical instruments (such as a buzuki, a didgeridoo, some percussions and a studio recording of other musicians) and electronic maybe techno rythms. A live with a stage design /that would make a shaman go pale with envy/ worthy of the best shamanic dream. As a matter of fact a series of musical instruments have been being created since last winter : some synthesisers with strings, a box souding like a safe as well as special items for the sets.
